Bath Festivals is offering an unpaid internship with the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience in this internationally renowned arts organisation.
We are seeking Festival Interns to work with our production, marketing and Box Office teams for a period of approx. 3 months during 2011:

We are always interested in hearing from freelance Front of House Managers and Concert Managers to assist during the Festival.

Stewarding
Bath Festivals has a large team of volunteer stewards who enable smooth customer management at our events and we are currently fully staffed for the 2011 Bath Literature Festival. However we would like to hear from enthusiastic people who would be interested in volunteering at the Bath Festival of Children's Literature taking place during September and October 2011 or as part of our year-round stewards team supporting the work of Bath Festivals Box Office.

Marketing
Bath Festivals Marketing team are looking to recruit enthusiastic volunteers to assist the promotion of our 2011 Festivals, Bath Literature Festival 25 February - 6 March, Bath International Music Festival 25 May - 5 June and the Bath Festival of Children's Literature 23 September - 2 Ocober.
There are several ways in which your time and support would be invaluable:
• Distributing publicity materials pre-Festival
• Assisting with mail-shots
• Handing out promotional materials and/or questionnaires at events
• General office duties

Work Experience Placements
We offer work experience placements for secondary school students in Bath and North East Somerset. We are happy to consider applications from school students or recent school leavers and placements are usually no longer than two weeks. Work experience placements are unpaid and voluntary.
