Booking Details
Your tickets will be posted to you for a charge of 50p or free of charge if you include a stamped addressed envelope with your booking. Otherwise your tickets
will be held for collection at the Box Office, or at the venue from one hour before the event. Booking by credit and debit card incurs a £1.50 transaction charge. All online bookings incur a transaction charge of £2.
Concessions
Concession prices (£2 off full ticket price unless marked otherwise) are available to
under-18s, full-time students, unemployment benefit claimants, visitors with a disability and those whose sole source of income is a DSS state retirement pension. Concession prices are only available where indicated.
Concession rate tickets cannot be purchased online. Only one concession may apply per ticket.
Family Friendly Festival
Great events to bring the family to include
Folkworks, Party in the City, Noggin The Nog at The Little Theatre and John Kenny at the egg, Red Priest at The Guildhall and Soweto Kinch at Komedia.Concessions are available to under 18s.
Schools ticket offer
100 tickets are available for schools at £1 each to attend the Folkworks event on 25 May. Please call the Box Office for details. This offer is not available online.
Young Persons ticket offer
100 £1 tickets are available to under 18s to the Piano Masterclass on 3 June.
Under 18s and full-time students may purchase unsold tickets at half price 30 minutes before the event. This does not apply to events at the egg or The Little Theatre.
Under 16s are not permitted balcony seats at St Swithins.
Komedia operates an age restriction policy. Please ask at the Box Office.
Jazz Pass
Access to the following concerts for £85 – a saving of 25%. Limited availability so book early.

Group bookings
We offer one free seat for every ten purchased to the same event when booked at the same time.
Bath Music Fest welcomes visitors with disabilities. Please advise the Box Office of your requirements when making a booking. Visitors with a disability who need to bring a personal assistant are offered one free ticket.
Other Booking Information
Always check your tickets as soon as you receive them. Tickets are non-refundable, but if an event sells out we are happy to offer returned tickets for resale. A £2 per ticket handling charge will apply on all resold tickets. Please note we cannot refund card transaction fees or online
booking fees. Programmes and performers may be subject to change.
